Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the circumstance that your computer system is incompatible with our software. This is solely talking about your operating system, if you are on Windows 10 or 11, you are compatible. We do not offer refunds, if you refuse, or do not follow the Setup Guide correctly, and the software does not work because of that. You have 48 hours from purchase date to submit a refund claim. To request a refund please contact us.
